General Information

Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions of this Agreement before using the Product. This is a legal agreement between you and UNCODA EOOD ("UNCODA", "we", "our", "us") for the use of any application released on the Apple's AppStore under UNCODA EOOD account and any website operated by UNCODA EOOD hereinafter referred to as the (the "Product").

If you do not agree to these Terms do not use the Product.

Payment and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Product are charged on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly, annual or lifetime basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you chose. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your App Store Account.

Trial Period

UNCODA may, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). Unless you cancelled your Subscription, when the free trial is over, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

Intellectual property

The Product and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UNCODA EOOD and its licensors.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PRODUCT AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. UNCODA CANNOT ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL FUNCTION ERROR-FREE OR THE RESULTS OF USING THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
